1. Site and activity data

Commercial name used on this website: Cocinas de Luis Carmona.

Website: reformadecocinabaena.es. You can contact the team using the contact form.

This site, reformadecocinabaena.es, presents kitchen renovation services and the design, manufacture and installation of kitchen furniture in Baena. The name that appears on the website identifies the commercial offer.

2. Consultations, quotes and orders

The website allows you to learn about the services and request an evaluation. Sending a form does not mean contracting a work or authorizing a charge. The work is specified through the review of needs, measures and access, and the acceptance of a particular proposal.

Before starting the work, the scope, materials, included and excluded tasks, price, applicable taxes, schedule and payment conditions must be defined. An initial orientation or reference image is not a substitute for that agreement. The technical possibilities are checked for each kitchen.

3. Contents, brands and images

The published texts, designs, commercial signs and files belong to their owners or are used with permission. Your consultation does not grant a licence to reuse them in advertising, reproduce them commercially or present them as your own.

Inspirational images and illustrative compositions explain layout options and finishes. By themselves they do not prove that a specific work has been carried out nor do they replace the project specifications. Material references are confirmed in the accepted proposal.

4. Site use and availability

Use the forms for inquiries related to services or a proposal for professional collaboration. Provide pertinent information and avoid sending data from third parties who should not participate in the request. You are not allowed you to introduce harmful code, impersonate another person, or attempt to circumvent security measures.

We may correct information and perform maintenance. The availability of materials, equipment and dates is confirmed when preparing each order; the general information on the website does not constitute a supply or agenda reservation.

5. External channels and professional proposals

Links to WhatsApp or Instagram lead to services with their own conditions. Form queries are notified to the team via Telegram. The privacy policy explains what information is communicated and what it is used for.

The Work with us page allows you to present commercial proposals from professionals and workshops. It does not imply an employment contract, an automatic award or a minimum volume of orders. The scope and remuneration of a collaboration are agreed between the parties before taking on a project.

6. Contact and rights of users

For clarifications about this website or its contents, use the contact form. The conditions of an order cannot exclude the rights that necessarily correspond to consumers and users. Any disagreement will be addressed in accordance with the applicable regulations, without imposing a waiver of those rights from this page.
